Pour at St. John in London. Murky orange with some white bubbly head at the top. Nose has apple, but sort of the nearly rotting, beat up apple. Apple core. A little pie. Flavor is super earthy and right down the middle. Light tannins with light acid too. Nicely made and so easy to drink.

Clear gold with a small white head. Light cooked apple and some butter. Cooked boozy apple with some light brown sugar notes.

750ml wired cork bottle from Drinkswell, Ripon. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of caramel, tangy apple, leathery funky. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, caramel, tangy, leather, mucky barnyard funk, some tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry funky finish with some residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle @ home. Darker apple juice colour, Nose of apple skin, bit earthy, taste is rather sweet.

Bottle at home, 19/08/18. Hazed orange golden with a decent white cap. Nose is apple skins, grains, light wood, smoked straw, hint of barnyard. Taste comprises apple orchard, light funk, oak, apple core, straw, light caramelised apple notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Nice refreshing easy drinking cider with a very light funky edge.

Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry brett and crisp apple fruity. Light chemical and mild phenolic to plastic. Citric and crisp hoppy into the finish.
