Bottle picked up from a bottle shop in Guerande, consumed at Camping Trezulien, Douarnenez, Brittany, Saturday 17th June 2017 Pours light gold with a white head, fruity, soapy and with a creamy vanilla taste. Soft in the mouth, a little light on the hops but pretty good. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

330ml bottle [Thousanx to Dieter for picking up!]. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal and floral hoppy as well as herbal spicy yeasty aroma, notes of fresh parsley, mustard seed, bamboo, asparagus spears, minimally sweet-ish and biscuity, pale malty basis, some overripe pear (Abate Fetel), cautious hints of aniseed. Taste is floral and herbal hoppy, slightly sweet, biscuity pale malty, hints of pear and parsley, a touch of aniseed. Quite complex but simultaneously well-mannered, demure, in-impertinent.
