Little hazy blond beer, big irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: floral notes, fruity, some grapefruit, citrus, mandarins, some melons. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, bit malty, grains, bitter touch, fruity notes, some citrus, floral. Aftertaste: grapefruit, bit of caramel, malty, soft bitterness, rather sweet, fruity. Not as dry as they claim it to be... but I don't mind.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy copper pour, one finger creamy off-white head. Medium retention, thick lacing. Hops on the nose, nicely balanced fruity and herbal character with some grassiness beneath. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth texture and mouthfeel, soft and nicely creamy. Refreshingly bitter taste, relatively strong but really nicely balanced and refreshing. Nice aroma, low malts, medium to high hops, caramel in the background. Grassy hops, grains, citrus fruits. Tropical notes, a bit of pine, nice grapefruit notes. Slight alcohol presence, drying mouthfeel. Medium lasting finish, moderately dry with nice lingering bitterness. Overall, very good. Refreshing and tasty.

On tap at Sir William's Pub, pours a clear copper golden with a small beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops, biscuity malt and a bit of butter. Flavour is similar, with sweet biscuity malt, floral hops, and light caramel. Overmalted, with an underwhelming hoppy character. Decent.

[ As Reservoir Dogs Grim Reaper IPA ].Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, grapefruit, fruity hops, leather, brett. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, brett, grass, fruity hops - tropical fruit, hoppy, sweet fruit, sweet hops.
