Sampled @ RBBSG 2017. Opaque dark brown color, medium sized beige to light brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, some coffee, quite some hoppy notes as well, dark malts, moderately bitter. Decent.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s - Bethnal Green. Pours deep brown with a fine, tan cream head. The nose holds nice toasted coconut, vanilla and toffee. Medium sweet flavour with notes of tangy ripe berries, alcohol, toasted wood. Medium to full bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, with sticky ripe berries, some coconut and toffee again. Interesting stuff. Not bad.

23/VI/17 - 33cl bottle @ my 10K brewing day (Bryggja brewery, Moerkerke) - BB: V/2019 (2017-941) Thanks to Klaas for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of coffee, sweet, malty, pretty roasted, dark chocolate, cocoa powder. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, lots of coffee, dark chocolate, mocha, caramel, lactose, sweet. Aftertaste: slightly sourish, lots of chocolate, lactose, caramel, sugary, soft bitterness, mocha flavoured ice cream. Nice, even if I don't like coffee. I guess if you like coffee, you'd really dig this!
