500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a active fizzy head. Nose is funky stone fruit notes sweet and tart. Taste is more of the nice tart funky barrel and a little stone fruit kick.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light and perfumy, with some cheese. Apricot syrupy notes and a long sticky finish.

500mL bottle, pours an opaque, cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak upfront, with wild yeast, plenty of funk, and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite bitter and grainy, with rustic saison yeast, oak, citric notes, and cerealy notes. Grainy, dry, citric finish, with a rustic finish. Not as good as the spring, but still good.

Cloudy, foamed up quite a bit. On the nose, there's a nice bretty fruit nose. This has a similar character, with nice brett, quite a bit yeasty as well.
