Okay yellowish body and minimal foam, citrusy hops with vague vegetal notes. Flavour is much the same, good hoppiness but really a one note kind of beer. Okay but simple.

Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Pithy citrus. Sweet sticky hips and a decent finish.

Cloudy blond color. Citrusy hop aroma, touch of hop resins, hint of cream. Lean mouthfeel, mild malt base with a light bready character; resiny hops, hint of vegetables, not the best expression of Simcoe, but good enough; maybe a bit too much yeast.
Not very clean, but a decent IPA.

Opaque, light tan, thin head. Aroma has some fruity mosaic, touch of orange. On the palate, high bitterness, low butterness...fuck...I mean the hop character is nice and this would be a good beer without the diacetyl. Parkside is really starting to struggle with this.

On tap at Parkside, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank piney hops upfront, with some pot and biscuity malt underneath. Flavour is fairly dank, with piney hops, light diacetyl and biscuity malt. The diacetyl would usually completely kill this for me, but it somehow manages to fit in okay. Still, needs work.
