From a bottle at the Namgay Heritage Hotel in Thimphu. Pours a clear pale mahogany with an ecru head. Aromas of rice. Flavors are moderately sweet wet grains.

Light amber, medium head. Has a sweetish, caramel nose. Sweetish finish, decent body but maybe too sweet on the finish. Not much red rice character.

Keg at Namgay Artisanal Brewery, Paro.Hazy amber, small head. Fruity spicy nose. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and peppery, clean flavours. Low-medium bitterness. Interesting.
