This American Pilsner is named after our co-worker Bill, who has asked us to make a Pilsner for over a year. Brewed with Pilsner malt and toasted wheat, this light crushable beer is a crisp, and refreshing type deal.

Can at Bad Brother: pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is cracker malt and light grass. Taste is sweetish, low bitterness. OK.

12oz can. Like others have mentioned, this is more of a Pale Lager than a Pils. Has a brewhouse sort of macro aroma. Not really much hop character. Wheat isn't that present but sort of seems out of line for the style. Easy drinking, but not an impressive example of the style.

Very pale golden color. The nose is really non-existent. Slightly sweet with stewed corn is this much more of a lager than a Pilsner. Very low bitterness. Well made but a bit too simple for me.

Clear pale gold. Light grain, zesty hops, a touch of bright fruit. Thin body. Finish is tingly. Nice.
