Copper with a white head. Earthy bitterness with some sweet caramel notes. Rather bitter throughout with some floral notes, too. I didn’t pick up much dandelion specifically. Best Slippery Pig beer I’ve had so far.

On Tap at the Poulsbo BP Clear rust/amber color with a fine and smooth light tan head about 1 bubble thick. Toasted malts and plenty bitter. LIke an amber but with a sharper bite. Would not have known dandelion but definitely an herbal slightly grassy bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep gold with an amber hue and a near white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a good amount of earthy flora and grass backed by a grain note. Flavor has similar nice earthy floral note with grain and grass supporting.

Draught at the brewery
cloudy dark amber color. Nice malt aroma, lightly fruity, lightly floral. Full bodied, moderately sweet, with good caramel flavor, correct bitterness. A Strong Ale, not necessarily the dandelion is evident.
It has a good aroma and flavor of unfermented wort.
