Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy yellow to subtle copper color with some transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave a lot of messy lace
Aroma: grassy hoppiness; white grapes, citrusy hoppiness; lemon rind; lemon pulp; some vinous to funky tones; Belgian-ish yeasty tones; subtle sour notes, sly honey far down in there
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas except the honey to a fine vinous sweet to tart and then sour to funky character; lemony and white grape bitterness; finishes lemony to white grapey and semi-vinous
Texture: light to medium bodied; leaning towards the sipper side; some smoothness but also some tart and sour abrasiveness to the tongue
Overall: I think I liked this one...but I wouldn't mind that honey popping a bit more to possibly balance the beer a bit more; however, I don't even know if the honey was intentional or not.

Bottle - clear gold with a frothy head - creamy and full texture - bright citrus and grassy bitterness - some flinty, dusty yeast character - finish is mildly acidic and medium bitter - pretty solid.

Golden with a white cap. Full of tropical notes, zesty, slightly tangy, a bit of lemon, some background white wine notes A bit of rounded dryness in the finish. Very refreshing. Excellent.

Proletariat, NYC tap: pours hazy gold with a white gead. Aroma is herbal, straw, hops, lemon. Taste is fairly bitter in a Belgian way. Nelson sauvin give it a nice touch. Nice tangy mouthfeel. Low sweetness. Very dry.
