Copper with a white head. Toasted biscuit malt, grapefruit, light grass, and slight earth. Medium bodied. Finish has lingering bitterness. Good.

On Tap at the Bellingham BP Slightly hazy copper/amber. Soapy coarse tan head and spotty lacing. Light toasted malts. Woody tannin like bitter bite. More like Rye than classic hop IBUs. Dont get much dry hop aroma or flavors, but nocely balanced anyway. A firm clean bitter bite.

On tap at Boundary Bay Brewpub, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma of earthy dry hops, caramel / English malt, and slight fruity overtones. Flavour of earthy dry hops, English malt--more pronounced than the nose--finishing with a butter twang. Superior to the regular ESB for sure.
