Draft pour at the Hop and Hound. A mostly clean, bright golden pour with plenty of cream foam head. Aroma is mostly typical of the style. A soft straw like grain. Nothing to dominant. Flavor is refreshing up front. Cracker like grains all throughout. Slightly watery, but not enough to take away from this. Minimal on the plastic like notes I get in the style sometimes, so this is good for sure. Flavorful, and again, refreshing. Solid pils.

Lightly hazy golden with a white head. Bready malt, hay, some sweet notes. Finish needs some crispness to it. Decent.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color, compact head. Light aroma of grassy hops; mild malt flavor, not too bad, the final has some hay.
Not too special, but nice.

5oz Draft at brewery. The only lager of 12 draft lines. Ligtly cloudy or very hazy, whichever, golden color. All the previous stuff should make on skeptical. But it’s a good pils. Not crisp or a harp but no off flavors, not well lagered, hay malts, faint herbal hop with cut grass.

On tap at Seapine, pours a clear dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, straw and a little crisp grassiness. Flavour is similar, bringing out both herbal notes and grassiness. Fairly crisp and punchy, but the undesirable herbal, vegetal quality detracts. Decent.
