Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy yellow to almost orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral and spicy tones of the rye; light hay/grassy tones, subtle lemon
Flavor: spicy and floral through the prior noted aromas; finishes with the rye floral and spicy vibe
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning to being somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of the rye penetrates the tongue
Overall: I was hoping for the sweet side of the rye to happen but that never happened, still, if that's the only thing that seemed out of place then the rest of the beer is pretty good and worthy of coming back to.

Pour is a clear blond with a huge fizzy white head. I can actually hear it fizzing away like a soda. Aroma is pretty darn nice. Lots of white pepper and rye with nice Dupont like yeast ester. Flavor is a little less pepper/rye but this has loads of barnyard, It does not say brett was used in this beer but there has to be some in here somewhere. This was quite flavorful and a bargain shelf steal.

500 ml bottle. Hazy light gold color. Big foamy white head. Big earthy, yeasty nose. Light grainy malt flavor has spicy notes. Notes of barnyard funk, lemon peel, hay, rustic white bread and yeast. Dry spicy finish is subtle and refreshing.

Hazy gildennhay with a white head. Zesty citrus, rye spice, some earthy notes, too. Light bodied and effervescent. Finish has a spicy bite. Bright and refreshing. Nice.

Draft 6 oz pour at Urban Family. A shiny golden pour with a patchy fizz head. Clean, fresh aroma, a little floral, with some yeast. Some spicy grain covered and battled with a cool constant and finish. More floral in the flavor. Not as much rye impressions than I expected, but I like the way this turned out. Delicious.

On tap at Urban Family, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of earthy rye, with light spiciness and some rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic farmhouse notes, earthy spiciness from the rye and toasted bready notes. Nicely constructed with plenty of depth. Really nice.
