Draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle, as Schilling Chai-der
Hazy light blond color. Smells like mulled cider, the body is thin, lightly sweet, a bit bready, lightly spicy.
This is not even a cider, you can just sweeten and teabag your cheap cider at home if you want the same result.

On tap at Schilling, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out strong chai spice - that's all there is to say about the nose. Flavour is heavy sweet, with lots of chai spice and residual sugars present. Works pretty well together. Though the sweetness is high, it's quite complementary with the spices. Enjoyable gimmick cider.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe, as "Chaider" at 6.5%. Pours hazy orange gold with bubbles. Spicy aroma. A bit of what’s in pie spice + other things. Near med body. Flavor is spicy, followed by apple skin. Then I think of apple pie. Tasty stuff.

Bomber from Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville, opened 5/30/14. Pours a hazy golden color with no head. Aroma of strong chai spice, vanilla, mild apples. The taste is tart apples, vanilla, chai. Tart finish. Medium bodied, still.

Apple, vanilla, and cinnamon nose. Pale golden, some visible carbonation. Dry, cinnamon, apple, and slight amount of funk, cardamon perhaps. A tasteful amount of nutmeg in the finnish. Body is very light and thin. Rather like a mulled Basque cider, but produced in the PNW. Very interesting and refreshing.
