We believe every day is a good day when you brew. Start out by believing here. A little touch of pilsner malt here, a little push of German and American hops there, caressed very gently layer after layer after layer. There are no limits here. Weyermann Pilsner Malt and hopped with a blend of Magnum, Saaz, Mandarina, Citra, Mosaic, & Strata.

Draft pour at the Aslin 3rd Anniversary party. Poured a yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was some creamy, light malts. Some grassy notes, lemon notes. Flavor was light grain, creamy. Slightly grassy notes.

On tap at Cloudburst, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh grassy dry hopping upfront, with a crisp toasted biscuity malt base. Flavour is crisp, with wonderfully grassy hops, a nice spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Grassy and crisp. Beautifully constructed and immensely drinkable.

On tap at cloudburst brewing. Pours out a crisp pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is light tropical fruit hops some some grassy notes. Taste is more of the nice tropical fruit hops some a touch of grain and some grass.

On tap at Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle-USA. Hazy gold pour, tick and adhesive foam. Nose: little notes of dyacetyl provide a rustic feel of malt leftovers and pastry, fresh grassy notes too. Mouth: honey, just a note of pepper and grass too far away. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours a shiney clear golden color with a rocky fizz head. Rating #1939, the birth year of the Golden Gate Bridge and the men’s NCAA basketball tourny. Very soft aroma of plastic and hops. Flavor is dry, straw grain up front, and a dry hippy finish. Tasty, but not refreshingly killable. I can enjoy this. UPDATE: it’s been forever since I have this another try. The one beer Cloudburst has kept on this whole time. Straw grains, enhanced by a subtle earthy hop constant. Refreshing. A little lighter than I remember. A solid pils.
