Deep brown. Sweet chocolate, light caramel, lacking any roasted notes, some cream, dark fruit. Medium bodied. Sweet overall.

On tap at Mollusk, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out burnt sugar, some roast and light toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with roasted malt, burnt brown sugar and nice residual sweetness. Alcoholic on the finish, with sweet and roasty notes. Rather thin palate given the ABV. Solid stuff.
