Corked bottle at Langley Farmers’ Market, 7.8% ABV
Blond color. Elegant apple aroma. Soft mouthfeel, very light acidity, delicate apple flavor, with light final astringency. Very nice.

Sample at Saddle Rock in Wenatchee, WA. This Cider is a crystal clear golden color with minimal lacing and some sticky legs on the side of the glass. Aroma of spiced apples and earth. Medium body with flavors of tart apple, citrus and sweet spices. The finish is fresh apples and spices. Good all around.
