The farmhouse series are rustic ciders that originate from single orchards comprised of wild heirloom apple trees. Fermentation begins with the juice of the first mature apple, then pressings are added throughout the season for a slowly built wild fermented cider.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Lightly hazy golden with a fizzy white head. Slightly musty, apple, tart. Medium mouth with a dry finish. A bit funky. Enjoyable.
