Thanks Blaine!
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a black color with a white foamy rocky head. Lace was pretty thick and foamy, somewhat sticky.
The aroma had some coffee beans and grounds, cocoa powder, sweet oats, leather and some earthy hops.
The flavor was moderately sweet with some of the roastiness making a good effort of balancing fairly nice. Nicely balanced aftertaste rolling into the same sort of finish.
The palate was about medium bodied with a fairly good sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good.
Overall, for a sweet stout, this one was bit more roastier than I thought it would be which was nice to me since I tend to find those \"overly sweet\" stouts that end up becoming cloying. This one is not.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a large fluffy dark tan head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was brewed coffee, malt and a bit of cocoa. The flavor was malty and toasty with vanilla and coffee notes. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Dark with a beige head. Full of chocolate, toasted and roasted malts, sweet, caramel, light oats. Full bodied. A "simple" oatmeal milk stout but a very well-crafted one, too.

Sample at The Dube. Pours brownish-black with a medium beige head that dissipates steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, mild coffee and a touch of hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
