Golden with a white head. Aroma is crisp, nice grass, light grain, and a bit of lemon. Flavor really piles on the sharp grass hops with a lingering lemony background and mild to light grains. Very nice beer.

GABF 2010 - one of the many stand-out kellers at the fest - a bit more of a higher toasted grain character to the flavor, but for the most part this one was super clean, with just enough bready yeast character to add a little heft - spicy hop character adds an herbal character to the finish - a crisp clean bite of a finish - quite nice.

(11/10/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma of yeast, vegetables and some light hoppy hints. Flavor has some graininess, some malt and some noble hops bitterness with some grass. Light-bodied.

Sample at the Princeton location: This beer is a slightly hazy golden color with a medium thin bone white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Herbal hops and grainy malt aroma. Light, crisp body with subtle spiced hops, clean malt and citrus flavors. The finish is earthy and clean with a light spiced hops aftertaste that lingers a bit. Above average all around.

[At GABF 2004] A hazy orange beer with a fine white head. The aroma is sweet malty with some notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, while the mouthfeel is flat. Not really my style of beer.
