Sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2013. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma is quite sweetish. Taste lightly malts, lightly sweet, alcohol, some fruits. Tastes quite nice actually. Medium body and carbonation.

Clear beige beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable and adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, a lot of spices, very present yeast aroma, some sugar, ripe fruits. MF: lot of carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet sugary start, lots of spices, cloves, bitter notes, bit peppery, alcohol is noticeable. Aftertaste: a lot of spices, bitter, cloves, maybe cardemom (used in the brewing process), herbal, some citrus, lots of numbing alcohol. Way too boozy.
