Draught@Office Sportsbar, Vaasa. Deep brown colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel, grass, some herbs and mild caramel to it. Flavour is slightly toasted, chocolaty, caramel and mild herbal tones.

(Draught at The Oak Barrel, Helsinki Airport, 14 Nov 2014) Dark brown colour, almost black, with creamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with caramel, dark bread and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, chocolate, caramel, dark bread, liquorice and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Solid, tasty and well made dark bock, almost leaning in the stout direction. Nice one.

Bottle @ Viking Grace. Deep brown, thick creamy brown head. Nutty, caramel, candy sweet aroma. Malty, roasty flavor, hint of smoke and some chocolate. Thin body.

(Keg at Cella, 20141214) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and almost white. Aroma had lots of butter and some malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, grass, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, sweet and bitter. The aroma was rather unpleasant but taste was ok

Tap at Pub Winston. Dark brown color, tiny white head. Caramel and grass in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish caramalt and some toasted malts. Light alcohol in the finish. Decent bock from Stallhagen.

Aroma has harsh malty tones and some chocolate. Flavour has harsh malt, chocolate, some coffee and hints of toffee. Also nuts. Clean and solid bock.

Tap at Olutexpo 2014, Helsinki. Colour is slightly reddish black with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Sweetness, bread, grain and malts. Simple but nice body and drinkable.
