Mer headbanging åt folket! Helsingborgs Bryggeri tar steget över till den mörka sidan och ger dig en läcker hybrid av thrash metal och skånskt ölkunnande. Resultatet blir en stenhård och komplex ale, lika inspirerad av schysta råvaror som av vildsinta dubbelpedaler och tunga riff. Kanske var det därför ölen döpte sig själv. Möt vår nya Darkale, ett stolt samarbete med Helsingborgsbandet Darkane. Du får en mörk och smakrik brygd med oväntade nyanser och många bottnar. Stay metal!

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy copper colour, firm head. Dusty peach aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some chocolate and tobacco, notes of milk. Mid bitter finish with a touch of resin.

Bottle from Systemboalget, e-order in October 2013. Clear dark amber with a medium firm head. Aroma of malt, nuts, some caramel and some light notes of earth. Similar taste. The finish was dry. An ok one.

Brown with slight haze. Taste and aroma of caramel, dried fruit, raisins and biscuits. Pretty boring, but not bad.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown with a haze and some red tinges. Marzipan, caramel and dried fruit in the aroma. Fruity, malty and earthy taste with notes of marzipan, raisins and caramel. Not bad and fairly easy to drink.
