Poured a cloudy bronze color, modest thick head. Aroma features some clean lime juice/zest notes, with a big yeasty/doughy thing going on. Really nice doughy tartness up front, mild lime juicy flavors linger, and I almost convinced myself of a graham cracker bit, but thats the toasty coconut flavors that show up at the finish. I'd have to say, this sort of weird fruit combo isn't something I'd normally go for, but these things tend to work in the Florida weisse or Catharina sours.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 26 Feb 2022) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with lemon, lime and vanilla. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lime, lemon, vanilla, shortbread, a slight vinegar acidity and a tart and dry finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with the dry acidity making it highly drinkable. Very nice.

Draft: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is lime and coconut. Taste is coconut with some sour lime hints. Very crushable.

I don't know why but I'm always ready to fight someone over key lime stuff. This does it perfectly. Smells so much of key lime PIE. Important I say pie cause the pie crust may be the most important factor. Insane. Absolutely most accurate
