Bottle @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Very dark red. Fruity, waxy sweet aroma and flavour, intense red berries, blackcurrant and some vanilla.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a deep dark mahogany, almost black. Aroma has intense dark currants, deep treacly honey, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is super rich, with intense currants, moderate tartness, intense sweetness, treacly honey, and a hint of vanilla. So much currant—jammy, sweet, and tart. Lovely.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours nearly black. Very dark cherries and boozy honey on the nose. Flavour has tons of intense dark cherries, good tannins, light sourness, great honey. Fantastic.
