Bottled@Nolia2018. Hazy copper colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is acidic, some nutty notes along with ripe fruits, tart wood as well as some spiciness and mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour consists of pretty much the same elements in a really nice balance. Quite tart and dry, but the sweetness also kicks in in the finish making it a nice longlasting sweetish sour thing.

Bottle from SB. Hazy copper brown with almost no head. Highly acetic with loads of balsamic. Oaky, tart, red berries. A bit raw, but very interesting. High intensity.

Bottled. Hazy burgundy colour, no head. Acetic vinegary nose with some wood. Acetic with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and oak, red berries and oak. Peppery acetic finish. Rich, quite complex but too vinegary.

Flaska från SB. Mörk kopparröd/brun, lätt murken. Näst intill slät kropp. Syrliga toner av sura körsbär, körsbärskärnor och balsamicovinäger möts upp av sötare inslag av kolaremmar. Medium till lätt kropp. Fattoner. Riktigt bra tryck i syran med en lite bitter avslutning. Kanske något rå i kanterna och hade väl lyfts något av lite kolsyra, men annars väldigt kul och intressant.
