Very cloudy purple beautiful plum, beautiful fruit character, light body excellent funky yeast, nice light oak character. Super well balanced. Perfectly balanced.

Bottle from Arrogant Sour through Werckmeister. Pale peachy red with white head. Fruity, peaches, plums, lactic sourness. A bit diluted and lacking intensity, but very clean. Minerality on the finish. Good.

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. pinkish, purple small off white head. smells wood, earthy, grassy, peppery. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, wood, herbal, hints of fruits, light horseradish. finshes dry and medium sour with notes of horseradish, grass and earthy notes. nice stuff. 7, 4, 7, 3, 16

Pinkish-red, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, pinkish head.
Quite light aroma of plum, some citrus, some flowers.
Tastes similar, a bit more aromatic, with more apples.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes dry, moderate sour, a bit wooden, with green apple, plum, some citrus.
Solid. While clean and fresh, pretty light and simple, without much going on. As it warms up, the plums come through a bit more. Score: 6 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 13
