Keg at the Letra taproom, Porto, 28/10/22. Almost clear golden blonde with an off white head. Nose is pale malts, herb, grain, straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises stale bread, grains, cereals, hint of vanilla. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay pils.

Strasbourg Craft Beer Fest. Clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild spicy and grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of pale malt, straw, mild spicy bitterness.

Taster from a sample tray at Letraria in Porto. Clingy lacing from a bubbly, white head, misty golden body. Moderate smell of pale malts and herbal hops. Pale malt-driven taste with a note of bread joined by noble hops. Drying close with discreet bitterness. Satisfying. (Porto, 10.09.2023).

Bottle at lume pizza madeira. A clear pale gold coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is grainy cereal, grass, fennel, subdued. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, light grains, cereal, leafy hop, light fennel,. Palate is light semi crisp, moderate fine carbonation.
