Brewed in collaboration with The Referend Bier Blendery, exclusively for release at Witchstock 2019, Nice Nice Very Nice is unique beer, with a unique process to match. Instead of brewing a new beer altogether, as a group we tasted a variety of our beers aging in oak, and selected a harmonious blend. To the blend we added Vidal Blanc ice wine skins, with a plethora of new microflora, to kickstart a refermentation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks zvikar. Cloudy yellow. Funk, grapes, vinous, a bit farty, sour, juicy, a bit citric, strong carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle from Beer Republic. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon, heavy wood, light green grapes and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 160820

(500ml bottle from the Hafis bottleshop) Pours very pale gold with a decent but rapidly fizzing white head and no lace. Notes of interstingly spicy white wine with a little of Vidal's characteristic tropical grapiness, rather hefty basement funk especially on the nose, moderate wood, lightly tart lemon and apricot core, hints of spicy phenols, balance is lightly tart trending towards dry but with hits of residual dessert wine-like sweetness. Quite some yeastiness and subtle funk into the finish, grape skin contact notes in the aftertaste. Ligh tto medium bodied, rather active carbonation. Good one though definitely on the aggressive side in terms of yeasty funk profile.

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune paille translucide, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de levures sauvages, légèrement boisé, raisin, minéral, herbes séchées. Goût de levures sauvages, acidité moyenne-élevée, raisin vert, minéral. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen-faible.
