On tap at Bar Volo, pours a Cloudy bright golden yellow with a large white head. Aroma brings out fragrant wild yeast, rustic saison notes, and oak barrels. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of oak, wild yeast, and rustic saison yeast. Dry, wild and oaky. Excellent blend.
