Citra Autobahn Pilsner is our newest variant in an unofficial series of lagers utilizing yeast strains from Ontario-based Escarpment Labs. It’s crisp, German-inspired, generously dry-hopped with Citra, and fermented with a yet-to-be released strain, aptly named Autobahn.
This series helps us to learn the nuances of a wide range of lager yeast strains, and hone our lager making process in general -- it also necessitates the drinking of many crispy lagers, which is a challenge we’ll accept with open arms. Show Less

Canette 473ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur dorée pâle translucide, mousse blanche aérée. Arôme d'agrumes, citra, houblon herbacé, céréales, pain frais. Goût d'agrumes, amertume moyenne, céréales, houblon herbacé en fin de bouche. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.

A hazed blonde pils with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light herbaceous character, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy Saaz hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Lupulus Bellwoods Tap Takeover 2019.
