750ml (thx, Maxim C.!) @ home. Appearance: hazy blonde like a lemon juice with a huge white head. Aroma: Brett and peppery notes. Taste: light and smooth with elegant Brett and a bit harsh wood notes, Brett bitterness finish. Overall: pretty good.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur jaune trouble, mousse blanche évanescente laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de levure, un peu de popcorn (apporté par l'épeautre?), sauvage, pointe citronnée. Goût de houblon herbacé, amertume moyenne, céréales, rustique. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
