A golden amber Barley Wine with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, loads of whiskey barrel, light alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, treacle, light woody notes, alcohol warmth, nice and smooth. Bottle at Festibière de Gatineau été 2019.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur cuivrée translucide, mousse beige tenace laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de miel, sauvage, pointe fumée, boisé, alcool, cuir. Goût boisé, malt grillé, amertume moyenne, sec, pointe tourbée. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.
