Bouteille 500ml. Couleur jaune pâle voilée, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme d'ananas, acidité, levure, pointe de Brett. Goût de mangue, acidité moyenne, ananas pas mûr, amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen-faible.

A hazed milky blonde yellow ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with nice Brett notes, light lemony notes, light ground cherry, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grapeskin, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at Bières et Saveurs 2018.
