Profile :
Grown on the south-facing slopes of Mount Rougemont, the select fruit used to create this refreshing raspberry-flavoured cider represents the very best of what the region has to offer.
Tasting notes :
Apple and raspberry are brought together in a harmonious blend during the fermentation process to produce this outstanding aperitif. The aromas are nicely balanced and the attack is fresh, yet delightfully round and soft.

Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Pale red colour, clean, no head. The aroma has some fruity candy elements. Mild but pleasant apple juice flavour, which is better than most BC ciders, at least there's that; mild sweetness, soft mouthfeel, mild acidity, moderate berry juice. Not elegant, not complex, but it's pleasant enough.

750ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) @ Ryan's shared with Faress and Alex. Appearance: copper with some rose notes. It looks lile an ice cider. Aroma: quite heavy baked apples, some apple seeds, raspberries, sweet and tart. Taste: it tastes like a significantly watered-down ice cider with raspberry notes. Overall: ok.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear orange rosé with no head. Floral apple, flight raspberry, a hint potpourri-ish. Average.

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a bright reddish pink, no head. Aroma brings out gentle raspberries, with little else. Flavour is along the same lines, fresh raspberries and a touch of tart apple skins. Simple but well-made.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur rouge rosée translucide, aucune mousse. Arôme de framboise, pomme fraîche, sucré. Goût de framboise, pomme légèrement acide, acidité faible, sucré. Absence de carbonatation, corps moyen.

A pinkish cider with aroma of raspberry, chalky, pleasant, light apples. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple pulp with raspberry jam, very pleasant.
