Aged sample. Label says beer brewed @ Oshlag Huge white head, bit whipped eggwhite-like, over hazy golden-ochre beer. Rather grassy, hay, garden herbs. In the taste, oxydation (logical), yet a fresh garden herbs, grassy overlying flavour. Light, bit gristslick, well-bodied for a Pilsner. Due to circumstances, too long in the cellar(s), now finally taste, still remarkably likeable. Grand merci à Fred d'A et Mathieu!

Can: Poured a clear pale golden color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of crisp cereal notes with nice floral leafy dry hops notes. Taste is a highly drinkable mix of cereal, light residual sugar notes with some floral leafy hops notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice pils with just the right amount of Saaz. We need six packs of small cans of this beer now.
