Bouteille 500ml. Couleur miel de trèfle voilée, mousse blanche fuyante. Arôme floral, acide, souffre, poussiéreux. Goût de yogourt nature, acidité moyenne, vinaigré, pointe de citron, malt pâle. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-faible.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy yellow color ale with a white foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of light tart notes with some plain yoghurt notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of light cereal notes with some tart notes with some plain yoghurt notes with light bitter notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting tart ale with some complexity notes while retaining some good drinkability.
