En fût au 3 Brasseurs Sainte-Catherine. Couleur orange foncée opaque, mousse beige. Arôme de malt, levure, orange, alcool. Goût de pamplemousse, malt, levure, amertume moyenne-élevée, zeste de pamplemousse, alcool. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

A hazed golden orange DIPA with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at sparks street.
