Dunham nails it again with the Cyclope series. A low white head on an unfiltered straw body. The nose features big citrus rind notes, melon and sweet bread. The taste is a punchy mix of hop driven fruit elements. Pineapple, lemon pulp, melon, kiwi and orange are all there. Pepper, sweet bready malt, and hints of spice add to a dynamic mix. The body is medium. The hops really sustain well. Clean, fresh and dynamic.

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur dorée à peine voilée, mousse blanche laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de melon miel, floral, malt pâle. Goût de melon miel, malt, amertume moyenne-faible, floral. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.
