Bouteille 500ml. Couleur brune très foncée opaque, mousse moka pâle onctueuse. Arôme de houblon résineux, agrumes, chocolat. Goût de chocolat, houblon résineux, malt torréfié, fruité, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

La mousse est superbe, le nez est tout aussi agréable... L’effervescence est bonne. En bouche, c’est un peu mince. Les houblons sont bien choisis et parfaitement dosés. Elle a une finale très sèche mais somme toute, elle est excellente et je vous la recommande.

A dark brown ipa with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice pungent floral hops with light chocolate notes, grassy character, light catty notes, rather nice. In mouth, a nice light chocolate and caramel malt with nice catty and pungent floral hops, grapefruit pulp, oily mouth feel, light coffee grind, very nice. Well done. On tap at EtOH.
