Can from the LCBO, Clear medium copper with large rocky off white head that leaves spotty lace. Nose is bright pine, citrus, tropical fruit, light caramel. Flavour follows with a light caramel base supporting a medium+ citrus peel, pine and pineapple bitterness, Mouth is full and creamy with good carbonation and a sticky finishy.

On tap at the source. Poured a copper/orange with a medium white head. Aroma is dank, and juicy at the same time. Loads of hops obviously, especially grapefruit, and orange zests. Malts are equally present, some nice sticky malts, solid cereals to match the big hops. A super well balanced beast of an ipa. nice stuff.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of resinous hops, sweet caramel malts, and light candied notes. Flavour is wonderfully balanced, with truckloads of resinous hops and caramel malts. Appropriately sweet and without any hop harshness. Excellent.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of orange pulp, light tropical fruits, resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of tropical fruits, orange pulp, resinous and piney hops, very nice and citrusy. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
