En fût à la brasserie. Couleur jaune-orangée translucide, faible mousse blanche. Arôme de Brett, cuir, malt, pomme jaune. Goût de Brett, fruit jaune, malt. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

A hazed golden gruit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with ginger root, curacao, coriander, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with orange pulp, coriander, curacao, light ginger, very nice and smooth. Bottle at Mondial 2015.
