En fût au Festival des bières de Laval. Couleur jaune dorée trouble, mousse blanche ayant une belle tenue. Arôme de Brett fermier, céréales, floral, houblon résineux. Goût de Brett, céréales, belle amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy notes, nice Brett, light lactic notes, light woody notes, light ground cherry, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of Brett, ground cherries, lactic points, light woody character, nice and smooth. On tap at Festibière de Laval 2016.
