En fût au brouepub. Couleur acajou foncée presque opaque, mousse moka pâle. Arôme de malt grillé, mélasse, sésame?, légèrement anisé. Goût de mélasse, malt grillé, café. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A deep dark ale with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a bitter herbal chocolate with grassy hops, light licorice, very nice. On tap at Mondial 2016.
