Bouteille 341ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka foncée évanescente laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme fruité, grains de café légèrement torréfié, boisé, alcool. Goût fruité qui devient un peu dérangeant au fil de la dégustation, malt torréfié, cognac, café, boisé en fin de bouche, belle amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice creamy chocolate notes with some light liquor notes is quite enticing. Taste is also dominated by some nice creamy black chocolate notes with light dry roasted malt which is offset by some well-balanced Cognac notes. Body has a nice creamy texture with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Super well-balanced barrel-aged stout with super reasonable price tag.
