Canette 473ml, sous le nom d’Apocalypse Much Later, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur brun très foncé opaque laissant timidement filtrer la lumière, mousse moka pâle fuyante. Arôme de piment fort?, Bois, floral, pour une raison étrange j’ai umami qui me vient en tête (je découvris un peu plus tard pourquoi : sauce soya), houblon résineux. Goût d’alcool, boisé, houblon résineux, malt torréfié, café, amertume moyenne, floral. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A lightly hazed dark brown ipa with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light bourbon barrel notes, resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with Bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2015.
