Can at East Town Bottle Shop & Tap Room, Ipswich. Pours light golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, grapefruit, touch of pepper. Medium sweetness, fairly high bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Finish is dry, with lasting citrus bitterness, and lightly peppery.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Slightly hazed paler golden ale with a creamy-frothy head. Crisp and fruity, with a lingering aftertaste in this respect. Slightly dry tasting. First had this in 2014 in Manchester’s Crown & Kettle pub.

Bottle. Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Oh. This smells, and tastes like cider apple vinegar. I was looking forward to this...

Cask-conditioned at the Rutland Arms, Sheffield, 2/12/2014. Golden in colour, with a decent, white, head. Highly perfumed, floral, aroma. Crisp, malty flavours with a touch of citrus fruit, before a gentle finish. Fine.
