Tap at Volo. Hazy yellow pour, frothy white head. Aroma is quite crisp and bright. Big punch of fresh cut grass, lemon, and grapefruit. Touches of yeast, and slight funk. Medium bitterness, light funk, very drinkable, solid saison.

Black oak sink or swim saison with citra on cask at Bar Volo. 4.5% Clear copper color with a filmy white head. Bready juicy peach aroma. Medium bodied and a slick soft mouthfeel. The taste is wheat crackers, earthy bitterness, slight diacetyl butter character and peach. Disappointing. I’m guessing this cask just couldn’t cope with the summer heat and didn’t turn over fast enough.

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune paille limpide, mousse blanche laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de citra, citron, levure, malt craquant, citronnelle.. Arôme de levure, écorce de pomélo, belle amertume, malt. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen-faible, duveteux.
