En fût au brouepub (Bilboquet). Couleur jaune dorée translucide, mousse blanche laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de malt pâle, houblon léger, fruits jaunes. Goût de houblon (saaz?), malt, pomme jaune, bonne amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Bilboquet version: A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, classic pils with bready malt, mineral notes, grassy hops. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with Saaz hopping, chalky character, very nice. On tap at Bieres et Saveurs 2013.
Espace Publique: A lightly hazed blonde pilsner with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with light grassy Saaz hops, OK. In mouth, A nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, mineral notes, roasted notes, very nice. On tap at Espace Publique.
