A dark reddish brown ale with a thick bubbly brown head, diminishing. In aroma, beautiful dark fruits with licorice notes, alcohol warmth, maple, figs, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, molasses licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice indeed. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2014.

En fût au Winter Warmer 4. Couleur acajou foncée, anneau de mousse beige. Arôme de caramel, épices, brandy, boisé léger. Goût de caramel, épices, brandy. Carbonatation faible, corps dense.
